West Vigo watched the game slip away early and couldn’t recover in a 6-2 loss to Northview Knights Varsity on Saturday. Northview scored on a error in the first inning and a single by Bella Timberman in the second inning.
Rhiana Maples took the loss for the Lady Vikings, surrendering six runs on eight hits over five and a third innings, striking out one and walking one.
Lyric Krause led West Vigo with two hits in three at bats.
